The property and rooms were very clean. Check-in was easy and the lady was pleasant. The room, however, we stayed in was pretty loud being located by the pool and the front desk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Good place to stay...nice staff, clean and well maintained. Excelent showers.

The beds are terrible and so is the staff. The lady was rude checking us in and the night worker called the room at 1:30am asking about a vehicle

Hardest bed I think I’ve ever slept in. Not the friendliest staff. Not rude or anything but not to chatty.

Not hot water pool freezing no ice ppl yellow all hrs of the night cops in and out little kids arrested out front But other then that it was good

Likes:: close to mall and friendly staff Dis likes:: yelling all hrs outside, cops had little kids lined up outside before 10am slamming doors and the water is not hot and no ice machine in working order, bathroom had toothpastes all over bottom mirror and food under bathroom counters where towels go 😳

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, but the outlet in the bathroom did not work and I had to find another outlet behind the dresser closet to a mirror to do my hair and that outlet was so loose it wouldn't hold the plug in. The lady at the front desk was in an okay mood, not inviting< I couldn't understand what she had said about breakfast or anything else she had to say, she didn't look like she wanted to be there. Breakfast was okay not great. We went down stair around 630AM and only half of the breakfast was put out and when asked the gentlemen that was working if there was any milk for the cereal he was kinda rude about having to go get it.

Bathroom and shower were dirty. Other than that it was good

Smells old. Shower is newly designed. Provides microwave and refrigerator. East to cancel the booking.

Beds weren't overly comfortable. Could use some deep cleaning. Waffle mix dispenser was broke. Parking lot was a mess from ice. Okay for a good fast stay cheap

Front desk very friendly, breakfast great lots of variety. Only downside hard beds

Floor has not been vacuumed. Crackers all over the place. Only one bath towel in a double room. Not as good as last time

This facility needs more update and better cleaning. It is just old with a lick of updating. The pillows are small and lumpy. The king size bed frame is placed on an frame that was probably used for a smaller bed. We stayed one night so it was ok

Hotel staff was exceptional. Pool was open reasonable hours and breakfast was the standard fare. Overall, we had a good stay.
