Stood here back in February it was great, clean and quiet and the staff was great, stood here again this week, the tub paint was peeling the room was dirty and it was so dark in there. Staff was great but it’s gotten really run down, I also paid for a king and got a full with only 2 pillows

I have stayed at this location before, and it was much nicer the last time (3 years ago maybe?). I also have ALWAYS used my name on the reservation, and the only travel card my husband & I have. This time, it was an issue and I almost didn't get the room I reserved months before. Finally at 11, they changed the name on the reservation. The only positive thing about this hotel, is that there is no smoking. The beds have gotten smaller, and a lot thinner. The most uncomfortable bed I have been in. There were only 2 towels, the bathroom was not that clean, and included a dead roach. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6, but at 6:30 he was still putting things out. The coffee was full of grounds. I will not be staying at this location again.

Most of the staff were personable and helpful. So called breakfast is limited to fast food items and a waffle maker. Nothing fresh. Hotel is very run down looking and is ling overdue for a remodel. If you walk on the carpet in the room barefooted you will have black bottom feet. Pretty gross. Airport and port shuttle only runs Mon -Fri. Our pick up to go to the port was an hour later than we scheduled. Would not stay here again.

Great location, hotel needs updating,great pool. No shuttles during weekends.

Dirty carpets and room smelled bad

The place has all I needed for a 1 night stay but it is hurting for a renovation. The carpet in the room is old and smelly so they put som kind of air freshener to hide it. Might have gotten bug bites on my back, didn’t actually see bugs but it had the bites. The breakfast wasn’t really good, I didn’t have any. Sorry for my honest comments…

My room was not clean and had old food in the refrigerator and condom left in drawer. Lock on inside of door was broken. Appears to have been kicked in at one time and never fixed properly. Found hairs on my sheets so I put a towel down on the bed to sleep on. I took pictures and will report this to the franchise headquarters.

Carpet needs to be replaced, and the tub looks like it need to be replaced scrapes

This hotel was just not as well maintained as other La Quinta properties I've stayed.

Staff was excellent. Room needs updating and breakfast offering was minimal.

The hotel needs a serious update. The curtains were dirty, the sofa in the room was dusty and questionable to sit on and so many other issues like that in the room.

Would not stay here ever again. Rooms were extremely outdated and in need of some severe TLC. One of our rooms didn’t even have hot water. Do not recommend.

Management team needs to learn how to respect the clean-mates and talk nicer to the mates. We are all human beings. Be nice to each other, they are your co- worker. Carpets are not clean and old. Needs to spend some monies to make monies.

I stayed at several LaQuinta. This property at $150 a night is not a good deal. The facility needs some serious update. Looks very old 😕 and rundown.

Overall our stay was just ok. Reserving the room was easy. The employees were friendly. The building is a little outdated and has a smell which could be from humidity and the building being older. The bed was comfy but the room definitely felt very humid. Continental breakfast was good. I would say for a one nights stay it’s a decent place. If you are looking for more luxury and a newer building this isn’t the spot. I do feel it was a bit overpriced.

There was blood in the bath tub and unsafe conditions all around. Room was dirty and couldn’t stay.
