Es un buen lugar y buena atención

I have stayed here twice and it is a good location and convenient

The fact that they had no idea that I didn’t show up because I had an emergency it scares me. Despite the fact that I told him there was no understanding . As I told him I’m going to make a reservation there again because this hotel was recommended to me as being safe. If it wasn’t because of these, I wouldn’t go back.

At my room some tile fell from tha sink striking my fiance's foot and toes, thanks God she had her shoes on otherwise her toes would be broken, instead of offering more sympathy or apologies, at front desk where more interested in charging me for a bottle of water. It that would hapn USA, the hotel would be sued.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were comfortable.

It’s a very good option in Bogotá

Broken phone, broken service door to tub, TV had no access to internet hence did not have any content…. Chair in room was stained.

There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. Also the coffee maker was not working.
