As a former employee @ the Hyatt Regency Waikiki I was very disappointed to see the unprofessionalism of uniformed employees @ the front desk! They were each wearing their own clothing which looked used and too casual! Maybe even wrinkled! Also the front area was uneventful which could have been a great opportunity to impress! It kind of looked like a ghost town when U enter! Nice hotel but need some sprucing up! The front desk attire was unacceptable!

Had a lovely stay staff were accommadating and breakfast was lovely for a vegan.

Nice hotel, on the outskirts of the city near the airport but didn’t hear any airplane noise.

Easy access to airport and fantastic view of city just make sure you have harbor view. You will not be disappointed with Boston at night. Room service was reason for 3 star of staff. Called for item listed and was told it’s not available. That was not a problem but the attitude of person on other end was. Told to scan QR code on TV for updated menu with a condescending attitude. We are older and may not be as tech savvy as most but that is how we got menu as it’s the only way. So re-scanned and you guessed it item was there. Not a deal breaker as we ordered a different item. We just could’ve done without the attitude. All in all the hotel and views made up for someone maybe having a bad day. Would recommend for ease of airport access and really a wonderful hotel.

Nice hotel but room service for a cheesburger and a chopped salad of iceberg lettuce and very dry chicken was 93.00 dollars...delivered in a paper bag.. total tip off...plus a hidden resort fee

The property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Some soiled looking furniture and wallpaper, elevator and baseboards. HVAC needs some fine tuning. Hard to regulate temp. It was very clean and staff were excellent/ friendly and efficient. Food was just okay.

BEWARE! I was overcharged on my bill on this stay and also the stay the previous weekend so pay attention. The hotel itself is very nice and the location is great, along with the airport shuttle however when it comes to billing they strongly lack the ability to get things correct.
