Had a fabulous stay.

A comfortable stay

Very friendly driver to the airport! Pool is amazing. Both restaurants had great food!

Basic at best, robotic check in / out staff

Suited our purpose relaxing g night before our holiday. Rooms, pool area etc good. The coffee choice was poor. My husband didn’t t like the full English sausage no good !

Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk who quickly sorted an error with my booking. Enjoyed the pool facilities too, with decent showers and nice toiletries.

Lovely hotel and had a great time. BUT. Selected the free parking option via Expedia and checked out of the hotel to advise nothing due for payment only to receive in the post today a parking fine for £100 pounds. Can see now why the hotel was reasonably priced they make there profit on the parking.

Convenient to Manchester Airport. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Shuttle ran very frequently. Breakfast was very good. We would stay again.

Room are nice just a little dated and the bathrooms the same. Some room can be far away from the stairs and elevators. Found the restaurant didn’t have much to choose from all so. Great location tho from the motorway and airport. Parking seamed very limited tho and abit far from reception.

Property was good, relaxing and spacious. I absolutely loved it. But the rooms need upgrades in terms of electrical as I couldn’t charge my phone as they didn’t have a type C charging port. There was also no dental care kit in the bathroom and I rang the front desk to get some for the room and they took forever to bring it.

The hotel is a little bit tired in places but great dining options and excellent staff/service

Superb hotel close to the Runway visitor park. Pool was excellent. Room had everything we needed. Great breakfast as well, would stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work, I have stayed here many times before as it is ideal for business meetings and seeing clients in the local area. The hotel stay this time was not as good as previous times, the bar staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than serving, and in general the rooms are starting to get a little tired.

Staff - especially Jackson who was very helpful NO FREE CAR PARKING!

Good hotel. Excellent for easiness of airport. All staff were helpful and friendly. Swimming pool is excellent. Warning no shallow area if have small children. Breakfast was very good. I would happily stay again
