Check-in time at 3 o'clock is quite annoying as we all know, almost all hotels have a check-out time at 12 o'clock so we must wait about 2-3 hours before the room is ready and it was rain heavily when we waited. The officer promised to call me when the room is ready, but no one called me until 3 o'clock, so we must go back again and again 2 times. Thanks
