Broke out Car windows

We really enjoyed our stay. The lobby was beautiful and ver spacious. Loved the room and the amenities on the wall.

This Holiday Inn was just ok. Laundry room washer and dryers were all out of order. Room keys sometimes worked.

The bed was nice- large and did not bounce when turning while sleeping, great for 2 sleepers. Check in staff wasnt friendly and didnt give directions for check out. The space was fine but walls were too thin we heard kids screaming early morning when we were wanting to sleep in- skip the first floor or rooms near the dining area. The shower and towels were nice, and good room space.

Other than both the first floor and second floor ice machines not functioning the second day and the abrupt false fire alarm disrupting my morning, my stay was good overall.

Main area pictures looked great online, but property itself is older and rundown. Staff were polite and nice.

Comfortable suite, helping front desk staff, easy access, and overall great stay ! Will be back.

Breakfast--apparently not enough staff...lots of waiting. We had somewhere to be.

AC didn't work in my original room but staff was more than helpful and quick and was able to get me another room with no problems.

The appearance of the hotel was a little dated, and it was hard to tell where the front of the hotel was. I did appreciate that they had a working hot tub. Also, it was nice that the hotel had a fridge and microwave in the room.

The pool and hot tub was wonderful and close to entertainment Zoo and cowboy hall of fame

The hotel is in need of a good cleaning and upgrade! Very poor quality for the price charged! The room carpet was filthy! Morning breakfast was okay but the exact same everyday! Most the time the items were either gone or very low amount available. For the price of the rooms, it was a extremely poor experience!!!

Did not have a lot of interaction with the staff but when I did they all were very helpful and nice. Seemed to be an older facility but was well maintained and clean.

It was fine

My truck was broken into and according to the front desk this happens all the time. So keep that in mind. They broke into around 6 cars and trucks. The pool was filthy. The staff was nice that’s about it. Will never stay here again.

The property could use some TLC. Several of the doors on the back side of the building had broken or loose handles. The key reader would flash green but we couldn't get the doors to open. We finally went in through the lobby entrance. I told the staff about the need for maintenance.
