The excellent service has been applied by all staffs especially Sai from Receptionist. Very friendly, assist our needs/questions very well as her English knowledge is good, will come again.

Very strategic location, friendly and fast service.

Kamar engap. AC tidak dingin. Toilet licin karena airnya seperti ada minyak-minyaknya. Receptionist kurang humble. Saya kesusahan untuk buka pintu kamar tapi receptionit sangat jutek untuk memeritahu saya cara membukanya.

Too many noise from guest go and back on the night and problem with taxi driver stand -by outside to forcing me to go somewhere I don't want at 7-8 outside the door hotel.

The bed is soft, comfortable to sleep, the blanket is soft, smells clean, makes sleeping more comfortable.

Overall I like it, but the executive breakfast is probably someone who doesn't eat pork, so the menu is only chicken and vegetables.

Had an excellent time here. Big and comfy room, helpful staff, the lobby had cinnamon smell which was lovely. The elevator was a bit shaky and old but it was alright. Took only 10 minutes to walk to train and Terminal 21. Highly recommend and definitely will return.

first, I went there and the girl in the counter was extremely moody and rude. its was like she doesn't understand the customer service is important. secondly when I went to the room, I requested for a double bed, not 2 single bed. And the TV was not working and I had to wait more than 24hrs for a person to come and fix, 3 phone calls to the reception!!! top of that, I stayed 3 nights and they did not change the bedsheet, the stain from the first day of arrival was there everyday of my stay, same spot. I am very dissatisfied and very disappointed, I will not go there and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay at this hotel was really pleasant with my family. Room was clean and big. The beds were awesome for a comfortable sleep. Staff was very courteous and the quality of food was very good with lot of options. I would highly recommend this hotel in a strategic location in Sukhumvit and within the budget.

Very satisfied, only the hotel adm notified that 1 room should not be 3 people after 2 days of check-in, we want to check in again, then we are fined, even though why not tell us when we check in on the first day

The first air-conditioned room was broken. When changing a new room, the item is not complete. Get a twin bed together

The hotel is perfect for a group of friends to chill at, it has a family mart just beside the lobby and lots of bars around it at night. The swimming pool is pretty small but its decent and the gym is great but its small too. The rooms aren’t exactly the same as the pictures as they’re probably outdated pictures from 8 years ago. The room is now old but still usable.(Bring your own toiletries kit). Wifi is fast as well. They have great service and hospitality in which they will serve you as fast as they can. The breakfast for $2 is worth it in my opinion. They have a decent range of food and they taste good too! You can also ask them to create scrambled eggs, omelette, sunny side up in just a minute. (No picture of the eggs as I forgot to take it). My 4 days trip to bangkok was wonderful as it was my first and definitely not the last. Would I stay here again? Probably if I’m only going to use the bed. But if you want to chill and enjoy the hotel, this isn’t it. This hotel is best just to sleep and explore bangkok as it has a very nice location.
