Beds were super comfortable! Breakfast buffet was great. The front desk workers were very friendly. A little bit of construction was going on but otherwise, great hotel.

The bathroom in my room AND in the lobby were filthy. Species left and toilet and clogged.

Convenient to the University of Arkansas!

The staff. Everyone was happy 😊 and friendly.

Check in was easy, staff was on point & assisted with everything. Staff wasn’t afraid to say good morning and they acknowledged you. Breakfast kept up with & staff didn’t need to be told when something at breakfast was running low. Hotel was nice, we would stay again for sure if we ever were back in this area.

The stay was pretty good. Beds were nice and rooms were spacious. You could tell it was a little dated and the cleaners don’t ever wipe down the walls.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The room had poor lighting, and only one side of our suite had air conditioning.

So easy to check in. I arrived early and was able to access my room , I had a party to attend and this was so helpful. I’ll stay here again.

The carpet was stained, furniture very scratched and no hot water. Front desk was friendly and simply said, I am sorry. They did not seem surprised that there was no hot water.

Room VERY NOISY from highway traffic. Will not stay there again unless I have a room on the other side of the hotel. Staff was excellent. Room was nice. Breakfast was nice

Great property

It was convenient. It was familiar as we stayed here for travel ball 2018-2022. Love the comfortable mattresses and pillows. My problem was our water was ice cold after running 5 minutes in tub, requested room change. Another room 3rd floor water ice cold. Finally changed us to third room on 4th floor and water was hot.

Best breakfast bar in any motel! TV needs to be updated and larger.
