Good sized and well-equipped room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast choices, all in a well located establishment. Would definitely recommend.

Well run hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Lovely garden terrace for a welcome beer at the end of a tourist day.

Refusal to allow me to change dates a month ahead of the visit because of a change in plans.

Excellent breakfast

This hotel was fine and conveniently located, but there were several annoying issues. The AC didn’t work, neither did the fridge, and the room had a horrible musty/moldy smell. Check out is at noon at this hotel, and at around 9am (we had not checked out yet) a cleaning staff member just unlocked and walked into our room without even knocking or asking if anyone was there, and I was in the middle of getting dressed so it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Nice hotel.Friendly and courteous reception staff. reat breakfast. Comfortable rooms. A little old style, but has retro charm. Offers a free walking tour that was excellent.

It’s beautiful, but too far to walk. I am handicap and had a room on several flights of stairs. However, staff was nice enough to give us another room. I will not be filling anymore surveys from Expedia because you do not give us enough information about room, location etc. Other sights have roll in shower, handicap etc.. you leave it to us to contact hotel.

It was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed a quiet break and were well placed to visit the places we were interested in. It was very close to the Wien Mitte station so arrival from the airport was straightforward. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

Very good service. Gave us early check in when we arrived earlier than check-in time. And the quieter room as requested. Room was clean too. Perfect location!

In a great location for us and very reasonable price, the room was perfect for a city break and base. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, would definitely recommend and stay agani

Great place to stay!

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Offered to store our bags for us after we had checked out as had late flight home. No rush to collect them. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of choices.

Loved my stay! Was only here for a night but will definitely look this hotel up again if and when I come back to Vienna. It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, and staff were super friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast or at the restaurant here but nonetheless I loved my experience here!

The hotel is good, but it would have been nice to have some renovations. But in general, it was confortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly. The location was also good for my needs.
