The photos they use are 3 years old, the management do not care if you want to cancel because they falsely advertised their hotel.

The card locks were an absolute fail. The cards wouldn't work right away, you had to try and try until they finally work :( out of this minor thing, everything was fine.

We paid extra to have a family suit in family day weekend to have a special time with our kids. The Room wasnt cleaned and ready by the time we got there, check in was 3pm, room wasnt cleaned and ready until 410pm - front desk wasnt willing to offer anything to compensate for their mistake like a late check out, since we didn't get to use the room til more then an hour after check in time. Then on top of that, the room wasnt fully prepared, we then had to visit the front desk to ask for bedding supplies to make our own beds and have proper pillow coverings. Needless to say, they do not care about their patrons, and we will not be back.

Staff was pleasant and check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Peter Pipers restaurant was good and service was friendly

Visit started awesome. We had arrived a little early and asked if room was ready for an early check in. Was very clear that if it wasn’t, that was fine. Assured me it was good and we went to room. Keys were a bit tricky to get in. But room at first pass was ok and neat layout with a “queen” bed up in a loft (one full bathroom and another two piece up in the loft that was very convenient and we were pleasantly surprised to see an additional tv up in the loft). We were there for a sports tournament so we were planning on using the pull out bed and chair for both kids. Had to go to front desk for linens which is fine but second set we got the blanket was filled with holes and fraying (first blanket was great, soft fleece). Our games were really late so when we got back and went to make up the beds….sofa was fine. The chair pull out was…HORRIFIC! Covered in pink/yellow and dark black stains. Our only saving grace was that we had brought an air mattress just in case. We ended up leaving a day early due to such a horrible sleep on the bed. When we left I advised front desk staff about the pull out and showed her a picture. When I say she didn’t even blink….all I got was a “I will inform management”…at that point I was to tired to argue and suck up the loss of $170 for the night we weren’t staying. The pool for the kids was great, and the restaurant burgers were HUGE with a really reasonable price point. The rest of the amenities…very lacking. I don’t have enough space for it.

Perfect for a short stay!

The sink and bath tub did not drain. After the stay the hotel Ramada Trenton sent me a $400 damage fee, additionally they sent me the photos of the revealed pipes filled with sludge and gunk. This establishment clearly does not follow regular maintenance. Claims have been sent to their head office.

Room furniture is old, rusty, TV is old and can't seem to take digital signals. Bed very lumpy and you can feel the support bumps in it. Last time we attend this place.

For the most part, everything was great. The room was clean., quick check-in, staff was fine The only big disappointment was that the pool was closed, and there was no indication of that when I booked the room I’ve stayed here many times and do that because of the access to the pool. So that was a little disappointing.
