Beautiful hotel, lots of amenities including a movie theater, indoor pool and spa, ice cream shop, restaurants. Very convenient to Branson, Top of the Rock.

The room was not very clean. Things that were in out of the way spots but still noticeable - clothing tags on the closet floor, crumbs on the floor at the edge of the couch, magnifying mirror and glass shelf not wiped off. Very disappointing, especially considering the price.

Check in time is 4:00, we arrived at 5:00 and the room wasn't ready. After being told the room needed to be "inspected" by a member of management first we finally got to get in at 5:30. There was trash on the floor, chips and food wrappers everywhere, bathroom mirrors was filthy and urine and feces stains in and on the toilet. After having stayed there for many years, I think this will be the last one and more than likely will not recommend this place in the future.

Right on table rock Lake with beautiful views the staff is courteous. The grounds were clean and pristine. It is an older hotel. The rooms have not been redone, but they are clean.

The property itself was fine, we stayed in a king, lake view only to see a swamp like hot tub underneath us. And we had to go off property to buy something a gift shop would have. Needs a true giftshop. And we used the indoor hot tub, which is supposed to be adult only after 10 pm, that was not inforced.

Room was spacious. But room definitely needs a remodel.

Housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. One of our rooms the bed was not made. Dirty sheets piled in a chair. One room had no cups. Then when we got in the shower the soap dispenser was empty. No other soap in the room. You are wet... the the shower.. and no was to get clean.

Beautiful resort, great view of the Torch Lake, dining options, breakfast buffet was wonderful, especially the omlets. All staff was very accomendating and helpful. The Spa is a must. Highly recommend.

Clean air, clean room, and very professional staff. 24 hour pool and spa amenities.

Very nice property and architecture. Shower/bathroom was outdated and the shower wasn't fully operational.

Our stay was amazing. We had easy check in. We settled into our room and than went down for a nice meal at the atrium cafe. Which was nice because we didn’t have to leave the hotel and come back. The food was amazing We really enjoyed our stay

Needs a little maintenance on walls. (Paint and cabinet stain) Food service in bar was way to long of a wait. We waited over an hour for our food. It was ok. But not up to the quality expected for the price. Also, the smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. We all had to get up. When we got out to the hallway. The announced in was a false alarm.
