Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the location.

The location was absolutely perfect. Super close to the tram, lots of restaurants, and beautiful architecture in Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

Always a great place to stay when in Antwerp! Best service, best team, best location and yes the rooms need a slight update but executive lounge and restaurant already got a makeover so always a treat to be here!!! Congrats to the team for always making us feel HOME 🎄

Classy hotel, right in the middle of it all.

The service was uneven. They knew we needed a roll-away bed for our child, but though we arrived after 7 pm, it hadn't been put in our room. which was not a big deal as we notified them of this on the way down to go out for dinner. When we returned it was nicely installed. In the morning, while showering I discovered the shampoo dispenser was empty. There were also only towels set out for two occupants and not three. So no shampoo and a call to housekeeping to get a third set of towels. But again, not tragic and they delivered the towels in less than 10 minutes. After breakfast I let the front desk know about the shampoo dispenser. Fast-forward to the next morning and you guessed it, still no shampoo. And the desk lamp was broken, but we were on our way out, so what was the point of saying anything at all. Overall it was a fine hotel, with albeit tired-looking rooms. And the breakfast was great as was the vibe at the bar. But the holes in the service were frustrating and so easily remedied.

Great central location and seemingly very newly renovated inside.

Lovely location, first class staff, property is letting itself go! Carpet in lounge area- almost threadbare. Our "superior" room. Shower mixer - never the same temperature twice. If it was thermostatic you would not know. Shower head, half blocked, water only came out of the middle holes. Lighting, and absolute disgrace. In the bathroom, fine . In the bedroom, I had to get the torch from my car to see anything. There is atmosphere and just being plain silly! Room was spacious but badly let down by housekeeping maintenance.

It’s a Hilton - clean and functional with a decent breakfast. Easy to get into the old town

We fell in love with Antwerp and the Hilton immediately. We even cancelled our plans to move on to Amsterdam and extended our sat at the Hilton.

We had a great time at the Hilton! What a pleasant experience... beautiful building, friendly staff, speedy checkin/out, location is beyond exceptional, everything about our stay was positive and the whole family loved it there! This hotel is the perfect example of a well kept property, it might be an old building but it exudes comfort and elegance. It doesn't feel old at all...it feels classic, well done!

11:20PM incredibly loud Indian wedding directly beneath us was very disturbing. No coffee maker, crappy instant coffee. No robes or slippers. Old worn-out furniture was in severe need of refinishing. Excellent location.

Quel magnifique hôtel, et superbe ville!. On a adoré notre séjour. Grande chambre, grandes salle de bain et penderie; propreté impeccable, grande Télévision. Services sans reproche. Coffre de sureté et minibar, climatisation efficace et à la fine pointe de la technologie. Entièrement rénové!. Hôtel directement dans le centre. Mérite amplement ses 4 étoiles. Qualité prix parfaite.
