The rooms were well appointed and large with a nice seating area. The staff was professional. The location was excellent due to the proximity of restaurants and shopping! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect place to stay

Very nice facility

The room was big. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Wow! The young man at reception was so friendly and helpful! I had a nice flute of champagne as a welcoming. Our room is so spacious and nice. Living room, closets, separate bedroom, huge bathroom! Very comfortable with lots of amenities. I love the historic photos and info about the former department store which was in the building.

What a beautiful historic building! Huge rooms, incredible customer service. I especially liked staying in Children’s Wear. Old Bon Marche charm has been preserved.

Awesome hotel and we got a great deal which made it even better. Room was big, bed was king size and comfy. Restaurant not open yet but many restaurants in the area just a few minutes away. We chose Cúrate which was 6 min walk. Recommend this hotel. Staff was great and stay was super duper.

My son and I stopped off in Asheville to recouprate from a weekend in Tennessee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotal is absolutely beautiful and our room was clean, very modern and cozy at the same time. This was just the rest and relaxation we needed. I loved being in downtown Asheville and being able to walk to where we wanted to eat and visit. Asheville is such a lovely place, we'll definitely visit again.

Very friendly staff and located in the perfect location downtown! Lots of shopping and so much amazing food! Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Asheville!

Starting in downtown Asheville is always fun. Wish their bistro had been open. Limited your breakfast options.
