Excellent hotel close by the river , with free airport shuttle.

Room was comfortable. However, I had the misfortune of staying in room 204 - directly across the hall from both the pool and the gym. The cleaning staff was cleaning both amenities from 11pm-12:30 am each night, keeping me awake. Also being directly across from the pool was incredibly humid in the room and the hallway. The room also did not have additional security of a privacy or night latch. Being across from the gym & pool with lots of traffic, that would have provided more peace of mind. Overall, disappointed, but mostly with the location of my specific room. Make sure to request a room not on the second floor!!!!

At check in we were told we had a free upgrade to a suite however it was just a normal room with two queen beds which was fine but our excitement quickly dimmed. I had to call the front desk immediately as there was only a less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no additional rolls which they brought up immediately. The drapes were ripped off the one side so it didn’t close which let in a lot of light at night. The staff were great everywhere however I just think the rooms need some repairs. Also the false front door under the sink kept falling off.

The room was very warm and the AC was not cooling it lower than 25. I booked a jacuzzi room and could not use it due to the heat.

Our favourite hotel in Saskatoon! I fly in from the UK to meet my Dad (4 stays per year) and he also stays here for medical appointments. The restaurant is a real plus, - with a great view of the river, fantastic food, and consistently lovely servers (Tracey is a favourite!). John the shuttle driver is absolutely superb - incredibly helpful and great company as well. We genuinely adore this lovely hotel! Thank you once again. ☺️

Room was new and clean comfortable beds

Rooms are great. Not so great facing the city side. City side view is awful. Hot tub was closed down for the long weekend. Pool was cloudy. We were given a room up grade but had to waste a lot of the day waiting for it. We were told 1:00 pm, and we finally just left our things in our room to go out. Didn’t get room service the last night. I called 3 times and nothing. Finally after 20 hours they brought us coffee and some toilet paper. The hotel offers free shuttle service to anywhere in the city. They will pick you up as well for no charge. Staff is wonderful. But I probably won’t stay here again because of the problems we had.

Room temperature could not go below 26 degrees

We did not need laundry service. The parking was good and the room was very clean. The location was perfect, in a great area to walk along the river Do not miss the Remai Art Gallery!

I meet my Dad in Saskatoon at this hotel several times a year. The price is reasonable, the rooms clean, and the restaurant excellent. The best thing about our stays, however, have been the staff. It’s the little touches like Chris making alterations so my Dad and I could be on the same floor or John the superb shuttle driver making an extra effort to show us a short cut to the university hospital admin desk. The restaurant waitresses are also invariably friendly and the view of the river and bridge from the restaurant is superb. I would have appreciated a bathrobe but that is a small factor when all is considered. The Park Town is absolutely our first choice for a hotel in Saskatoon.

Nice to see security guard in parking lot. I was surprised to see a number of street people wandering around outside.
