It was better I hope

Great stay & location, even left us a birthday tray for birthday. Room quite hot at night and ac switched off in winter pillows very soft. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful comfortable

The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are in need of an update. We upgraded into a larger room with a sofa, however there is just one cushion, a small wardrobe, not big enough for two people and no storage space. The larger room is good for the space, but that’s about it. We booked two rooms with a guest requesting the lower floor and myself on a higher floor; however this was confused at check in, despite explaining multiple times the preferences the team member kept getting it the wrong way round. We have an event in the summer and were looking for a location where our guests could stay, and this is not the place. If you are in a standard room you are restricted on when you can use the gym, which is nuts- that should be a given, not a luxury. They are clutching and it could be special, but it’s not.

Everything good but no cleaning service on Sunday, neither a notice that no service will not be offer.

So nice hotel. But service is poor. My coffee machine was broken and I informed the front desk. They asked me what they should do. I said, a new coffee machine would be nice. No coffee machine showed up. I had to ask multiple times for the sauna to be turned on. I asked if i could do it because they weren't reliable. Nope. You have to ask to get a menu at the hotel bar and get there attention when they are not engrossed in their phone.

I had to book a staying for my family with a very short notice and the lobby service at Radisson Olümpia made sure we could get two connected rooms with extra beds. Also the room service worked like a charm. A warm recommendation!
