Excellent room, comfortable, good wifi and TV reception.

They tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was clearly shown on my booking, I had to prove this (not a good start). The TV didn't work in the room for the duration of our stay. Be aware of additional parking charge of £15. No obvious wheelchair access from the disabled parking places. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive.

Lovely staff, very helpful. The bathroom was okay but one or two mold spots around the bath seal which were a bit unsightly. The bed had feather pillows which I am allergic to so had to request replacement. This was dealt with strai

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)

Hello, as a regular customer stating at this hotel I found at this time I wasn’t issued what I needed for my reasons in stated when I booked this hotel, due my partner suffers with depression & anxiety, the room I picked on the picture showing 2 big windows with city views, but this time it wasn’t accommodated to my partner’s needs, I even rang the hotel to make sure that it was the right room I will be staying, and I was assured it was. My stats are always addressed but this time I was quite disappointed.

Not worth the price

Our stay was ok. Hotel a bit dated compared to other Marriotts we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was not very hot. Service from reception was excellent.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. The rooms are moderate and certainly need a refurbishment. Breakfast was poor, very basic and cold offerings. In recent years the hotel has been modernised; it has lost all its charm. The bar area is bland with limited dining options. The reception staff were okay but they have a strict policy - no check-in before 3pm; on two occasions I have arrived slightly earlier but none of the staff would check their computer to see if my room was ready and I had to wait - not great when you are waiting with small children. My advice would be to book elsewhere within the city!

The room was very lovely, the staffs were very courteous and the amenities were great too. The only issue I would raise was the bath towel left lints on my body. Besides that, it was fantastic

Grest hotel, very comfortable

Fresh breakfast buffet with option for eggs made the way like, friendly staff and good atmosphere. The bedroom however a cold, A/C not working and the supplied oil heater couldn't cope.

Just Okay for Marriot Standards

We received a lovely welcome and your Reception team (both day and night) were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was adequate although with only lamps for lighting, it was a little dark. Maybe an improvement for the future. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and attentive. We would recommend your hotel and we will be back soon, thank you!

Too small, the hall ways and elevator needs renovation

Excellent hotel and they listened to our request for a quiet room. Excellent location and brilliant service by all staff. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel in good location - breakfast would be better with more continental selections and staff ensuring that there are enough quantities like they do with the hot options - limited choice for cereals

The suite was very well presented. Clean, with good provisions. Breakfast was very good too.
