The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was such a life saver in the heat! The staff were all very informative and kind. The area and hotel was quiet during our stay which was a nice break after the busy city. The location is a 20-25 min walk to many of the central attractions.

Authentic hotel, clean, local. Some rooms are dark if you have claustrophobia but the staff were helpful.

This aid a great location and staff. The downside was the shower which is an obstacle course and somewhat dangerous. I’m surprised we didn’t slip and fall are not physically challenged.

Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean, beautiful interior and helpful staff. The location for our trip was excellent. We were well placed to wander and explore both the tourist attractions and the restaurants and bars of the surrounding narrow streets. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of Seville. Easy walking to everything. Only a minimal complaint was the echo and the ability to hear everything in the courtyard while we were in our room. Fortunately, the other guests were considerate, but if they hadn't been, it may have not been such a great experience.

The public areas are charming but the room was bland. A tea kettle would make things better. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. However, it was very difficult to find and get to (even with a GPS). The room temperature could not be controlled at all. (room was excessively hot and the A/C did not work. Upon entry the staff was abrupt and not truly welcoming. the next morning the new staff was very nice and helpful.

Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...
