This is an older property but the suite was large and had been updated. It was in a convenient location to WWII museum.

I had to get towels after multiple fone calls.

I stayed here one night before my cruise. It was a perfect location, a couple blocks to the port. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the ship. Breakfast was great. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Front desk staff was very nice. Ask for a bag of ice when you check in. They don’t have ice machines on each floor. The uber was almost $50 bucks from the airport but you can walk to the ship so you only needed it one way. It’s an older hotel but lots of charm. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was really good. Loved he outside patio for eating breakfast.

Great place to stay. A lot to do within walking distance. Staff is amazing and so friendly. Will definitely stU here again next time in Nola

The Front Desk staff were very friendly and hospitable. Especially the lady on Sunday morning-working the Front Desk. She helped me get my glasses fixed, finding a screw, and screwdriver, and getting maintenance to come up and help me. I didn't catch her name though. She was there on Sunday morning, about 8:30am. I loved her antedotes about fixing things! We nicknamed her Ms. Fixit! Can you give her a raise? Thank you for a great time in New Orleans, I would love to return and stay again.

The location is great, you're not in the middle of all the action, but you're only 15 minutes away (walking) from the fun. It was quiet the entire stay. The room had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed wasn't comfortable. It was very hard/firm. Also do not think you HAVE to pay for parking. We were there 4 days during jazz fest and was able to park on the street the whole time for free. We would stay here again.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway. It was comfortable and met our needs for an overnight stay. Free breakfast was good. And they accommodated holding our bags before check in and after check out so we could enjoy the city. Full kitchen would be great for someone needing extended stay.

The staff was professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful stay!

It was my birthday weekend and it was a blast. I liked that it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. I especially enjoyed that there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living room. Would definitely stay here again

The staff — OUTSTANDING! The room — not so much. It was difficult to regulate the air-conditioning (too hot or too cold), not enough linens, no blow dryer, not enough paper products, housekeeping only if requested 24-hours in advance, and most disappointing, the sofa bed was nearly unusable as the mattress was thin and way past its date of expiration. Breakfast was passable and the location is good for long walks to the French Quarter. Based on the extraordinary quality of the staff, we had hoped for a better experience.
