Good hotel - near the waterfront. Good value for the money

Central location, nice breakfast, gluten free bread option

Probably great for most travellers, but the hotel didn't suite our needs as well as we'd hoped. When we requested plates and cutlery to use in the kitchenette, we only got plates, knives, & forks. When we asked for spoons the next day, we were handed 4 plastic spoons. The thin folding doors seperating the bedroom from the rest of the suite didn't provide the quiet sleeping environment we'd hoped for for our toddler. And not a huge deal, but the chairs were either unsafe (unstable bar height) or too big so we ended up putting our booster seat on the floor. But if you're not travelling with a toddler and plan to use the kitchenette only to reheat leftover take-out, then I would recommend the hotel more.

Staff very friendly. Suite was great, onsite laundry very convenient.

Average chain hotel, nothing special. It's quite old with old furniture, old carpet and wallpaper peeling off the walls. Our room 506 had an old dirty window which simply needs a replacement. Other than that, the bed sheets and towels were clean which is a big plus for me. Location was quite central as well.

Unfortunately it was very noisy due to concert at The Citadel

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast was yum. The hotel is at startegic location could walk to the Harborfront boardwalk as well as Citadel.

Great location by citadel and easy walk to harbour. Microwave and fridge and sink a bonus.

The hotel was in a great location. But it could use some updating ie stained carpets n the wall below the main tv was pretty banged up. But our room girl was lovely
