Hotel was newly renovated, totally! I never had pillows that comfotable, wish I was smart enough to buy a few. Breakfast area was beatiful, too bad the food was only low quality same assortment as lower qyality hotels. Wilson's

Hallway carpeting showed signs of not being cleaned. Room was basic but clean.

Everything was perfect

Check in ok.. room ok. Bed sheet and towels with red stain.. would be better if they can double check before placing them in the room. The bathroom sink is clogged, which could have easily been unblocked with liquid-plumr when preparing the room by your maintenace or housekeeping team.Breakfast was ok however on check in the front desk mentioned the breakfast is served before 7-10am but it was not the case its 7-9am on weekdays and 7-10am on weekdays. When i told the girl @ the front desk she mentioned she can do anything and was very rude .she had no manners and didnt know how to deal with a unsatisfied guest because of wrong infos from the office desk on checkin. she didnt even apologize for the misunderstandings.she walked away and continue to do what she was doing...I have been working in the hotels industry more for 10years and thats not the way to treat a guest who paid to get a service... i am.saying this phase to that front desk girl...ALWAYS REMEMBER WITHOUT GUEST HOTEL WOULD BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL HAVE NO JOB.. There is a say in english .. THE GUEST IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! i will not recommend this hotel.

I have something to say: The door is not very private because you dont have a seal around the door, Also the bathroom door hinge is cracking Also the shower is hard to have a good pression. The bed was confortable. That is good point.

Il y avait des algues roses dans la douche, comme quoi elle ne doit pas être très bien lavée… Les serviettes sentaient le vinaigre… Sinon, le personnel était très aimable.
