I stayed for 7 nights as a work crew and room never got cleaned once? I get that everyone is short staffed but if someone is paying $330 per night and needs to clean their own room, take out their own garbage and have to go ask for coffee, towels, garbage bags, and soaps, after putting in a 12 hour work day, it is unacceptable. No pool, no hot tub, no gym, no restaurant but a premium price. No thanks!

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely come back!

A decent place to stay with friendly staff. The price was high due to limited availability, but I encountered this in other small cities. The location is proximate to the Trans Canada Highway, but a short taxi ride (no UBER) from Downtown.

I stayed 2 nights. No issues checking in, checking out the man made me stand at the counter for 10 minutes while he vaped and played on his phone behind his computer. He didn’t even apologize for making me wait. Rooms could use a deep cleaning, same with bathrooms. Bed was comfy, room was nice and spacious. You can hear your neighbours slamming their doors down the halls - common hotel issue

The Internet wasn’t working, and the staff didn’t make a point to fix it or help they basically shrugged their shoulders

Not worth 325$/night. Room is dark with poor lighting, sheets and towels are clean but that’s about it. Carpet, walls etc are stained.
