The room accommodations were good, but was lacking in sitting area for two people, only one chair to share. All else, the cleanliness, the breakfast were all top notch.

The inconvenience was no elevator, which I do not remember seeing that noted on their webpage or Expedia ad. I had a recent knee transplant. I can slowly manage stairs going up, but it is much more difficult coming down. My husband had to carry everything upstairs and required 2 or 3 trips, because I couldn't help. If we had known it did not have an elevator, we would have requested a room on the mainfloor or we would have chosen a different hotel.

Bad service

On this trip I had previously stayed 6 days in Collingwood at the Comfort Inn and this hotel was in Sault St. Marie on my home from a weeks holiday visiting family. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room Clean. Hotel situated near hotels and shopping and within walking distance to some. Will definitely stay here again.

Area outside the hotel is noisy and a little rough and dirty. Room itself was spacious and clean, though a little noisy as it's right next to a major road.

Super clean and comfy, but thin walls and lots of early starts made it tough to sleep. I head alarm clocks going off all around me from 3:30am - 6am
