Great place! Great location! Friendly staff!

The cleaners need to be a bit more mindful and diligent in their duties. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and the cleaner left a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Front desk reception was extremely apologetic for the cleaners errors. Other than the minor issues the stay was good. Great location to shopping and dining.

The hotel is in good condition, and the staff was very good. Unfortunately, we were beside someone’s party hotel room. Was pretty loud.

Friendly front desk staff, we had a call from the front desk shortly after we checked in tobsee if everything was good with the room or if we needed anything else it was a nice touch!

The roads in Sudbury in winter are sanded not salted so it makes the road lines hard to see including the parking lot.

Generaly good. Breakfast was acceptable. We requested towels on multiple times, but we did not receive any.

Although it was an ok stay facility wise. I do not sleep well at the best of times and did not fall asleep until after 0500. It was very disappointing to be woken at 0930 by the housekeeing staff even though there was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my door handle. When I pointed this out to the the staff member her attitude was to find fault with me. Here I thought check out was 1100 as posted, not 0930. Other than being woken after very little sleep the stay was average.

I didn’t like that the property had no elevator. I struggled with my luggage to get up the stairs, and no one offered or was even there to assist.

No control over the heat, poor check in due to one person at the desk and long waiting periods. Too hot in dining area for breakfast.

The staff was so nice and changed ny room from the second floor to the first floor. Also gave me a king bed. I am very happy with all the staff.

Everything was great. Could use a few more parking spaces

Window wasn’t in properly and fell out in the middle of the night due to the wind, woke me up and scared me. I had to put it back in myself.
