Good experience

We had a room with a queen bed and pull out couch. The pull out was terribly uncomfortable, and the queen bed was nice! Breakfast was great!

The hotel staff are on strike. I was not impressed, not informed and very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and expedia regarding this check in. However the security guard on duty was very helpful and very easy to talk with so i would like to say a big thanks to him. As a union person myself to cross a picket line is not a good feeling because i can't relax knowing someone could potentially damage my vehicle or give my aunt, mother and myself who are all traveling together. When you book any hotel you pay for a room but you also pay for a service which in no way did we get. There is no one here, not even a desk clerk. So overall I'm very disappointed with the service and i would also be very disappointed without a refund. On very short notice i had no other options available. But once again to the security guard on duty i have to say thanks for his help, he definitely deserved the credit to why I'm here for the nite under the conditions i am dealt with.

My spouse and I had a comfortable stay. We had no issues with anything and I’m happy that breakfast is included. I will definitely be staying here again.

Not saying much but it's the best place to stay in Baie Comeau. Pretty good location. Of note, they really jack their prices up in the summer and the place books up fast.

The bath tub was chocked, informed our problem to the reception. The receptionist did not bothere, the bathtub was a mess.

Great reception service when we arrived!! Very quiet on the 2nd floor. Less crowded this time of the year (early January). Breakfast was plentiful but very ordinary and coffee was weak. Can easily be overcome with minimal effort!!

Easy location off the highway, large room. Bed is very, very firm - was adequate for me but my spouse was unable to sleep on it.

A great stay. Love the first level access rather than having to climb stairs or ride elevators. Very convenient. It would be appreciated if they could have some English information on things such as food, etc. available in case the staff doesn’t speak English. Definitely polite though.

Room was clean and comfortable. Could have been more in area for dining.

Easy peasy chech in. Greeted with a smile, comfy bead, great shower and ease of parking. Two thumbs up!!!
