Clean room, staff very courteous everything close by

For the cost of the room the facilities, cleanliness and service were substandard.

Stains on bed sheets! Would have walked out but very tired from a long drive. Would not stay here again.

The bed was awful! Visable bowl shape. Very disapointed. Alot of trafic noise. Truck down shifting.

Room is clean Shampoo is empty Thermostat needs a Battery

The tub was not clean and the carpet was not clean , paper on floor. They would not accept cash as it was month end - not really my problem!!

The bed linens were so wrinkled I double checked that they were actually clean and just wrinkled. The pillows were terrible. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The shower was barely acceptable (water pressure) and the provided shampoo and conditioner were empty. The attendant at the front desk wouldn’t give us a ground floor without charging an upgrade. Rooms were the same. Breakfast was terrible! But the tv was quite big and worked well.

Everything was clean and tidy. Ground level access right from our room to our parked vehicle and trailer was very convenient. Couldn't find a thermostat so rhe room was too hot overnight Breakfast was simple, hot and plentiful.

Our first room had a very distinct & unpleasant dog odour. The front desk staff tried to accomodate but hotel was full. We noticed room across the hall was empty & asked if we could switch, which they did for us. Hotel needs an update as bathrooms very dated which makes them appear unclean. We found two cockroaches in our bathroom!

Stopped for the night on our way back home and as soon as we walked in our room, we walked out. The bed in the room looked slept in, there were muddy shoe prints on the top blanket, food crumbs and I pulled the blanket back only to find pubic hair and more crumbs! The front desk told me the hotel was full but did give us clean sheets for us to change ourselves. As we were changing the sheets a strong odor of marijuana came from the hallway and loud music. We put the dirty sheets under the door to help stop the smell. The tray holding the ice bucket and cups was full of crumbs and the carpet was never vacuumed. We would have left but it was very late and we needed to sleep because we had another long day of driving

It was very clean, comfortable and excellent service. Breakfast was great.

Clean, quiet and convenient!

Hotel was clean and in a location for our needs. Hot breakfast was good; however with an hour left in breakfast it was unexpected to see empty containers and food not already prepared enough to fill containers quickly.
