When I checked in, the woman at the desk handed me the room key with the internet password in it. Gave no indication that there was a known problem. I got to my room, discovered it didn't work, asked the front desk, and was given the least believable excuse that it was being worked on. So I'm stuck in a hotel after two days on the road, unable to work and needing to. Absolutely unacceptable.

Easy on and off, staff friendly, room clean, breakfast good start with traveling.

Bathroom had damage

Excellent visit

Nice to be close to shopping and dining, just didn’t utilize. Convenient location, easy to find. The shower shelves looked dirty but otherwise it looked clean. For breakfast the milk was sour, but good breakfast selection. For our one night stay to attend a graduation, the hotel served its purpose. They gave a check-in gift bag with a water and two fruit bars which was a nice touch. Nice size hot tub and pool.

This is an older hotel, but it is clean, close to many restaurants, bed was comfortable, the continental breakfast offered some basics to start off the day. I would stay again.

Our non smoking room smelled terrible. Beds were not clean, room and pool area was very poorly maintained. The front desk lady was outside taking photos of our car which gave us and my kids an uneasy feeling. The shower was dirty and all appliances were so loud. The beds were comfortable and the front desk lady was pleasant.

Really tried to like it but....., Black mold in dilapidated shower, roten blackout curtains with holes, dirty carpet, dirty walls and VERY old bed that was hard as a rock.

I really liked the hotel the only thing I didn’t care for was the disinfectant spray they used in the rooms, was way to strong for me

Great continental breakfast, nice warm pool and hot tub was a delight.

Overcharged

The people were really friendly and helpful.

Mold in the shower, window had no lock only a piece of wood in the window jam. Paper thin windows could hear the traffic on the interstate all night.

Very nice place

It was a really nice property. Breakfast was good. I was disappointed prior to arrival- we were running late. I didn't have a contact number with me to call to let them know. I tried to call- first time I called I had a very nice person tell me that he was going to text me direct number. That did not happen. So about an hour later I tried to call again to get that number and a rude man was on the phone. He did text me the number but was rude and hung up on me not allowing me to talk. Overall was a great experience except for that.

The pool and hottub whad no body in them

Desk person handled my Amish friends very nicely. I paid the bill and I was very pleased at the reception for the Mullet family.
