Everything was perfect, very good standard similar like in Europe…

everything was great but I had made a request to get both rooms on the same floor, I even got a confirmation that it would be like that but my son and I were on floor 6 and my godson in #7 Other than that it was nice

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was nutritious with a wide variety of foods. Room was very spacious with a nice view.

Very spacious room, good wifi connection to work from there, staff was very attentive and they let me store my luggage after checkout. Location is perfect. Overall a great place to stay.

The spa isn’t really a hot tub per se. You need to reserve it and then they fill it with water. More like a jacuzzi bathtub for two.

The booking was not in their system had to wait long time almost at mid night to get into the room The bed was hard as wood and the pillows had no filling. Had the worst night ever

Door staff was rude, the AC was not working properly and the room was 27 degrees celsius at 11 PM, making it nearly impossible to fall asleep.
