Awesome place overall! Great location

Rooms are clean. They provide everything that is expected in a hotel except complete toiletries and hygiene care. No tooth paste, tooth brush and bed room slippers. They don’t provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms either. Although they have water dispenser at the lobby. But I’m happy with the swimmint pool and the breakfast.

The staff were great and our room was mostly clean. The only trouble we had was the very strong cleaning smell that hung in our room. It seemed like they were trying to cover up another poor smell.

Breakfast food - hashbrowns and bacon ran out at 1/2 hour before closing and they did not replenish .. did not clean the tables and seem that they could not replenish the plates and forks and knives fast enough

Clean room with big tv. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Decent pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was the shower. When you turn on shower head the water temperature changes drastically. It was either freezing cold or boiling hot water coming out of the shower head and regulating the temperature didnt work.

Will never stay here again, room had hair in the shower and the bedding. The room was right next to a very loud generator. The water in shower went from warm to extremely hot like boiling hot had to jump out quickly to prevent getting burned. Room was very dry and hot even when turning down the heat, no ability to open window and get some fresh air.

It’s OLD!!! Really needs to be renovated. Otherwise, relatively clean and the staff were really nice. Breakfast was included which was great and it’s close to Stampede park.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than enough and very edible. The coffee was great. We had one minor issue, but the woman at the front desk was very helpful.

The room was clean and mainly a quiet hotel. Issues I had were, wifi kept dropping every few mins on all my devices and the water pressure was low in the bathroom. Nice hotel besides these issues.

Overall the stay was decent. Disappointed the hot tub was barely warm and the jets were worn down, and the room we stayed in didn't nearly have the bathroom space as advertised. Breakfast was decent, just wish they had a little more variety when it came to food felt like the same meal each morning. That said, for the price point and friendliness of the staff was amazing. I have family in calgary, most of the time I stay with them and not a hotel, if ever I needed a place to stay again this is still in my considerations.

Clean room! Conveniently located by the train and near restaurants. Very quiet. Huge pool area and with table tennis. The only thing to improve would be a microwave in each room.

Small rooms and not a good shower. Water was constantly and cold and no pressure

We were in a large truck and there was no parking for the truck, had to park in the private parking lot next door and hope we didn’t get towed. The sound barrier was non existent, we could hear the people beside playing music till 4am.

The place was in good location, staff was great and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good
