Well located and well presented

Best regional hotel complex in Australia. Great staff, classy property & great restaurant. A pleasure to stay at.

This hotel is very quiet and comfortable. Luxury fit out with very comfortable beds and chairs. So clean and great amenities provided in rooms such as coffee machine. Lovely stay. Great staff also.

Generally it was fine. There was a problem opening the door of our room which was a bit annoying. Brendon, the restaurant supervisor, was very professional.

Beautiful rooms! The pool was fabulous and all the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Nice setting and location to main streets.

Very good property and service. However, despite paying for a suite with (apparently) double glazed windows, the road noise was still audible in lounge area of suite, but fine in the bedroom. Suites are one on top of another, so there is some noise with shared access which leads to the upstairs suite.

Nicely appointed room. Not friendly bar staff or wait staff in restaurant. Known for its steak, over rated, way overpriced. Ordered rare/medium rare, way over cooked. Had better from Coles, Woolworths.

10 out of 10 will definitely be back to this place 👌

Great stay 1/2 way between Sydney and Toowoomba. This is the 2nd time we stayed and it did not disappoint. Great all round hotel in Tamworth.

Brilliant staff restaurant rooms - everything is perfect here.

Room was fantastic, clean, modern and welcoming. What really was a stand out was the staff, all incredibly nice and helpful

Really pleased with our stay. Family room was perfect for us (2 adults/2 children). Cleanliness was of a very high standard with comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful, even when they were experiencing technical difficulties (due to world-wide IT meltdown -no fault of the hotel!) I forgot an item in the hotel. They located it and they are now posting it back to me - it was no trouble and I really appreciated that they held onto my item. We had room service one night and also breakfast in the restaurant. The food was delicious. I also had a little look at the gym/pool/spa/sauna facilities. All looked great! Pool isn’t heated but in the winter time you could definitely have a sauna / spa & get a nice workout in. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
