Customer service was great! Easy check in. Rooms are great. Area is also good with a liquor store and video casino in the same parking lot!

They were very kind. We are local and our septic and water system died. We appreciated the genuine concern for our situation and our stay was excellent

We enjoyed the large room, but the tile grout was breaking up on the bathroom floor. Poor workmanship!

Clean rooms, comfortable pillows and bed. Walking distance to Pizza Ranch. Close to main road but it was quiet. Good breakfast.

Bugs crawling on the pillow. Did get another room. The hotel is run down. Would like money back but said since I went through Expedia online I could not get money back. It was a horrible stay and my family will drive to Rapid City before ever staying in Sturgis. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone either.
