Reasonably priced and clean facilities

Fast check in. Nice pool

Overall nice but room was not so great and no hot water no water pressure

Staff was very rude during the stay. Also we were only left two towels, when asked for two more the next day they told us they didn’t have any towels. How does a hotel not have any towels? We had to dry ourselves with the wet towels. The shower had very low water pressure and only cold water on two nights out of our three night stay. Horrible stay overall.

The property was nice however the check in experience was was not welcoming at all. It seems that MEN are favored at this hotel by staff. Especially the check in clerk who helped us that day.

Their generosity was greatly appreciated! I did like how it was a secure space place, meaning you could get in only using key card.

I have stayed at this property before and on the prior occasions, the room was clean and well maintained. This time the room, particularly the restroom shower/tub had mold and sink had mold Around the overflow. The condensation in the room after a shower and through the night was terrible. My towels did not dry. This was a holiday weekend and staff said the hotel was full, therefore I didn’t ask to change rooms. I also asked for dry towels and they said they did not have any. It is unlikely that I would choose this hotel again for my next trip to Corpus Christi. I am a rewards member and will try another BW in the area. My prior stays were in a room with a king, this time we stayed in a room with 2 queens.

Fire alarm going off at night, bathroom sink over flowing and the manager said they could do nothing about it

Not impressed at all the phone in the room didn’t work, my sink had water coming out of the drain overflowing from poor plumbing after the 3rd overflow was moved to a different room that had no water pressure in the shower - poorly made facility

Aware it’s nots staff problem But day of check in unfortunately we had to leave due to a family passing that had us to leave immediately Was charged, & was hoping they would be courteous in offering another day even if it would be half price.
