We LOVED this hotel! It is beautiful, elegant, full of NOLA charm with a courtyard pool, places to relax and stunning antiques in the rooms. Every single person we met was professional, friendly, and had great ideas for newbies to the city. The best ammenity though is the LOCATION! A few blocks from Jackson in one direction and a few blocks from Cafe Dumond & Riverside the other direction, and less than 2 blocks to Bourbon St. AND they have reasonably priced on-site parking -- very rare in the French Quarter! LOVED this hotel! Wish we'd booked a longer stay!

Excellent overall experience from the hotel proximity to french quarter food and fun to the excellent staff and cleanliness.

The staff was excellent. Rody, Mark, and Andrew. Simply awesome. Couldn’t have had a better group. The hotel rocks too. Great visit and will def stay here again.

Gorgeous property and the staff ard amazing. Rody and Andrew were exceptional. Only complaint was our shower hadno water pressure. Truly unique and stunning property.

This Hotel Has A Charming Beautiful Courtyard & The French Quarter Location Can’t Be Beat. Rooms All Have Walk In Showers, Staff Are Knowledgeable About Places To Eat & ETC. Have Stayed Hear Many Times Since The 1984 Worlds Fair. Favorite Hotel In New Orleans. Will Return. Can Walk To Everything.

A beautiful hotel in a great part of the quarter. The interior courtyard in so beautiful and tranquil. The room was beautiful and the building had so much history. Staff were very friendly too.

The staff is amazingly helpful and very proud of the history of the hotel.

Perfect location, all walking distance, very close to Jackson Square, nice restaurants. The room was very comfortable, deluxe on size but beds were full size and no queen. Linen very old. Today may 30th, the valet parking server, very rude when requesting our car back, requesting ton of documents when we were registered at the hotel, guests, and our car. The crib / pack n play they confirmed they had, never showed up. Hotel is nice but mainly for location.

Great staff, clean rooms over all great first time experience.

This is really an historical monument, made comfortable for all we are used to with a modern hotel experience. The staff are locals and extremely proud of their home town. They take care of you like family. Each room is different, molded into the 18th century structure as things would permit. It is right on Jackson Square, the heart of the French Quarter, close enough to Bourbon St. to walk but far enough to avoid the sometime rowdy behavior. It is a gem and I could see returning all my life.

Staff was amazing. The hotel itself is cute and cozy. You can walk everywhere and it’s close to a lot of things. Only con was the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything the other people were saying and doing.
