Very good breakfast options. Super comfy beds, slept like a baby.

A small hotel, very nice and in a convenient and safe area. The only complaint is the noise in the street at night and morning. They could really use double pane windows.

The staff are very helpful, and fri2ndly. The location is perfect andbthe room is sensible and clean.

We stayed at the hotel on a few short occassions when passing through Paris. It's very good value for the level of quality. The service was good and responsive. Some rooms are smaller than others so if you will have big bags do ask for a larger room to make it comfortable. The only suggestions I have for the hotel are i) get new irons the current ones leak and ii) think about capsule coffee machines in the room given your star rating! The neighbourhood is great - you can walk into Bastille and Le Marais in 20 minutes and it's very close to the metro to get anywhere in Paris. It's not as touristy as other parts of Paris which we appreciated. There are loads of bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, pastry shops, restaurants, etc. etc. within 200m of the hotel so you'll be spoiled for choice.

Great hotel in great location. Amenities in the room could be improved - the bottle of shower gel was empty and the staff were not apologetic nor very hospitable about it.

Really lovely Hotel, staff polite and helpful. Room as expected, bathroom very nice, clean and tidy. House keeping did a nice job. Breakfast had a nice selection for different needs and appropriate for stay. I would recommend to others. The only negative, no secure internet.

Lovely room, great location.

Very cute little hotel on a quiet street, but close to the Voltaire Metro. Loved the bathroom B&W decor, windows opened to a small courtyard. Staff was friendly. Ended up booking an extra night and they were very accommodating.

Great place

The room was uncomfortably small. No storage whatsoever. 1 small table with a rope finish seat that you could not use it was so hard. The bathroom was functionally. It again no storage and no counter space. We had to live out of our suitcases the 2 days there.

NEGATIVES - Thought it was rather pricey for the very small size of room. Paid GBP142 including breakfast per night, stayed 2 nights. In Room 501. Could only walk round our bed, very limited space for movement around room and for suitcase. Could only lie on the bed not freely walk round room. 1 of the smallest rooms we’ve ever stayed in around the world. Don’t think merits a 4* rating No mini Bar No fridge Maintenance not open x24 hours a day if required Eg when our AC was not working. No closed cupboard/hanging space, just mainly open shelving/open hanging rail. View from our room was a wall and darkish Our Air conditioning DID NOT work during our stay, so the room air was still and stuffy due to its small size, hence had an uncomfortable x2 sleeps. It was one of our requirements, so it’s a “breach of contract” as it’s mentioned on the booking website and we didn’t have it. Reported it on arrival in room and on several occasions to 5 different staff. Someone Must’ve checked it when we were out next day. Same Lady said it’s a thermostat issue On checkout AC still not working No compensation £ as goodwill given. Little empathy.Manager now ignoring our emails. Making out we’re the guilty party.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and my room was very comfortable. There is a breakfast buffet that is very good, the location is close to metro, shops, cafes and restaurants

Great area, clean hotel, nice staff.

The hotel was quiet, clean and tidy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The hotel was close to a couple of metro stations and had good dining and cafes nearby. The room was perfectly satisfactory and was well cleaned each day, and the bed was comfortable. Only minor criticism was the disappointing view from our hotel window of a small courtyard area. On the whole the hotel was really good value for money.

Very disappointed in my stay here. The room we paid for included a King bed as listed on the expedia site as well as their property site. THERE WAS ALSO NO AIR CONDITIONING in our bedroom even though we were promised such and the staff did not seem to care. We had to book multiple different reservations due to a glitch in their website, we were told we had to move rooms so we packed up to do as such just for someone else to tell us this was no longer necessary. Very unorganized and rude staff. Would appreciate some sort of refund for the bedroom but they did not seem interested in such.
