Great price for the condition!!!

Spacious room, comfortable bed,refrigerator,microwave, pet friendly and friendly,helpful staff

Good place close to jax

It was very clean, the room had a bad odor to too. It wasnt nothing like the pictures that is on the on the internet. Had to go and buy more towels. It was 3 in my room they woundnt give an extra set of towels with me paying for them. Wasnt please with this hotel at all.

It was okay. Worked for what we needed it for. Just a place to sleep before going to port for our cruise. Nothing extra, nothing less. Staff was nice!

Overall I do not recommend it. Since I paid for a double bed room and got a king size bed room. Was late so I didn't complain at the check in desk. Also noticed that I was not refunded the difference. The whole place needs upgrades and better service and suspicious people walking around the parking property when I left in the morning. The only good thing was working AC though loud and comfortable bed.

The room smelled horrible and it had bugs everywhere.

The room was spacious and clean just a little outdated. Bed was not comfortable at all . Just stayed one night because i had a really early flight out of JAX. The surrounding area was a little sketchy specially the back of the property. Staff was not in the lobby when i had to check out at 8am. I rang the bell for 10 minutes and noone came, i had to leave a sticky note with my room key to let them know i was leaving.

The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom condition is not good, no bathtub. The bedsheets and pillows are too old and, for that reason, look unclean.

You robbed me bc I never stayed at this hotel, I tried to get a refund and was told I had to wait 24hrs after booking, but that same time was In between the checking time

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.

I am so glad I didn't listen to the reviews. Spotless clean extremely nice room.. Ice cold ac, comfy clean bed. Would definitely recommend.

Want my pmt refunded, upon viewing premises & room conditions I refused to stay at this facility due to unsanitary & unsafe conditions & unprofessional staff representation !!! Expedia does not need to allow this inadequate location as option al choice for a consumer to stay . Expedia do better for your customers !!!!
