Room was excellent and very comfortable bed and pillows.

There was no iron, there were no hangers.

On the second day, I moved to a room on the ground floor. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom of my previous hotel room. When I asked about them, the receptionist said they hadn't found anything. In other words, they were stolen. It's very unfortunate that they have that kind of people working there, and it's not about the cost of the products, but the fact that they steal things.

I love this hotel, and it's very easy to get around and very safe.

Everyone was really nice, our room was on the second floor, was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb, wide variety. Buffett style plus they even make omelets. They also have a bar and lounge area, restaurant on premises, and a small Starbucks on site.

Very old everything! A lot of noise from hotel staff. It used to be an amazing hotel but not anymore very dissatisfying

The room was beautiful and clean. Staff so friendly. I love that they opened a Starbucks in the hotel. The breakfast is so delicious. I love staying here. This was my second time I will be back.
