magical hotel, unique rooms and amenities, beutiful dining and excellent food and selection of drinks. it’s a great escape, quiet and has everything you need and more. amazing staff, always there to assist you, room service is fast. Special thanks to bartender Tony - he is amazing, great to talk to and makes killer drinks:) definately will be coming back when visiting Guadalahara again!

I feel at home. I always want to extend my stay. A little rustic oasis. They are remodeling. I hope they don't change it to much. I would hate for it to loose its charm. It has the best brunch. I bit pricey but worth it for special occasions.

The staff was excellent. Overall quality and beauty of the property was outstanding. Room cleanliness was good. But a lot of long hairs (not ours) in the bathtub. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But unfortunately the pool was closed for months of renovation. We were not advised of this prior to booking. That was disappointing and we sould not have chosen this hotel for the reason.

Nice property and staff but was really disappointed pool was under construction, and I specifically asked for hotels with pool and was unable to use this amenities.

The property and room is first class

We like the property but the ironing board was not that good and I was place on the first floor near the elevator. I would suggesting to ask for a higher floor not near the elevator.

Hotel is rundown needs to be updated Bed sheets and towels are old and towels had holes in them Overall the rooms are dirty and old

Beautiful hotel located in a great area, near to bars restaurants and other great amenities in Guadalajara!

The bath tub, didn’t worked properly. It was hard changing the water flow between the rain shower and the bathtub. Once I turn on the jets, a lot of little brown things came out (seems it wasn’t used in a while). Also the gym is super basic

The hotel is not properly upkept. The foyer area is nice with greenery. The concierge was nice and helpful. The room was subpar, poor water pressure in the shower, and a huge water leak.

There are many shops nearby
