Very good

Great front desk staff. Would love a breakfast inculded or a discount for the two restaurants attached to the hotel. Room was nice. The bed sagged on one side and you'd fall off. Coffee machine was broken. Staff was good when we mentioned it.

Perfect for needs

Front desk was excellent - our room had apparently not been cleaned and they gave us a new room immediately - the lady at the front desk was lovely.

They were very accommodating with our needs traveling with our son with supported needs. We had the loft suite and it was spacious and perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect stay for us !

Nice, quiet, comfortable. The beds were especially nice.

The Ramada is centrally located in Kelowna. The staff are exceptional. The place was very clean. I determine if a place is truly clean by the state of their baseboards, window sills and around mirrors. If they take the time to clean those areas, then they have taken time to do a proper job elsewhere. This hotel is dated, but it is reflected in the reasonable rates. Did I mention how clean it was? It is our new go-to place in Kelowna.

The Jetted tub was broken, The tv didnt work unitl someone came up and fixed it.

Even though it’s an older hotel, it’s still nice except it needs maintenance and repairs of somethings. Our room, the bathroom fan turns on with the lights and is so loud, sounds like a plan taking off. The worst part of the stay was it was really stuffy, so we needed to run the cooling unit. It was so loud, we couldn’t sleep at all. Also, the windows are old so you hear all the traffic and people coming and going including their horns when they lock their vehicles. When I told the front counter, all we got was sorry to hear about that. I’m guessing they hear this a lot and don’t care. Sad to see a Ramada in that condition. Also, shower/tubs are old and the tubs are very shallow and the shower nozzle is low on the wall, if you’re 6ft plus, it’s hard to wash your face and hair.

In the pictures it shows the restaurant connecting to the hotel was a family restaurant replaced with a pub restaurant, that does not appear as family friendly. This was slightly disappointing

Excellent Staff, and the facilities very clean with nice accruements throughout. We originally booked a mobility room, and the hotel asked if we could change our room at no additional charge. The room was what would call a business superior room, as it was quite large and had wonderful raised ceilings. (The hotel actually said it was a business suite). Regardless it was very comfortable. We liked it so much we decided to stay one more day after my spouses medical procedure. Would have liked a microwave just for convenience, but a minor issue. Thankyou Ramada staff, you maintain a very nice hotel.

Loft apartments were a great option for our large family

The stay was OK. The room was quiet and comfortable but could have been cleaner. Upholstery and floors looking shabby. The closet door was broken and the entry door closer was loose. It's obvious that rooms reserved for online bookings are relegated to the rear of the property away from the hotel amenities like pool, bar, lounge etc.

Staff seemed somewhat disinterested in guest comfort and room amenities were tired, damaged and in disrepair

Value was good for the area. Right across from Orchard Park Mall and quick drive to downtown. Facilities are a bit dated but room was lovely.
