All of the above! Wonderfull staff,clean room and close to metro and the louvre

The rooms are so fantastic and unusual. Clean/spotless! I appreciated the instant coffee/hot water kettle as well.

ALL the staff at whatever time of the day or night were helpful and courteous. IF you chose to try to speak French, they were patient and helpful, if you asked to speak in English, they were patient and helpful. The room was always cleaned and ready for our return from the day out. The view from our room - The Cathedral Notre Dame and the Seine made our friends envious. Great stay.

The room was recently painted or had caulking done which gave off a very strong vapour making us need to keep the window open all night. Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were worn and flat. No hot water from bathroom sink. Insufficient toilet paper provided. Noise from other rooms was remarkable. Location is fantastic, but hotel is rather run down, unfortunately. Staff were nice.

My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. There were a lot of shops and cafes nearby. And, of course, the best thing … the location right along the Seine and across from Notre Dame! Also, near Shakespeare Bookshop. My views from my room were brilliant.

Great location! Lovely hotel lobby with a gorgeous view of Notre Dame, you can enjoy a drink and listen to the bells. The rooms are small, but standard for Europe, however are clean and have a great deep bath tub. Would stay again.

The staff was outstanding and offered numerous places to eat. They arranged for taxi service a few times so we would get a good driver.

Unfortunately, we aren’t happy with the service. They locked us out, when they claim they have 24/7 front desk service. We were almost late for our train. We were knocking and calling for 20 minutes without knowing when/if they would come back!! I paid more for the room with Notre Dame view, but they gave me one with a tiny window were you had to open it to look outside, I will attach pictures. When people were in the corridor you could hear them, we woke up many times. When they opened their door was as if they were opening our door. The rooms are nicely renovated with good toiletries. Good aircon. Nice and clean. Their breakfast costs too much for what it is, but quality is ok. Per person they offer 1 croissant, 1 tiny pain au chocolate, 1 other pastry, piece of baguette, jam, 1 yogurt, coffee or tea and juice. You can eat cheaper anywhere around.

Excellent location!

Great location!!! Clean, cute! Lots of stairs but there was an elevator but still flight of stairs to get up. And a couple to the elevator. Bed was so comfy!

Desk staff was great. The view, of course, was great. I wish I could say the room was great. The bed was good, clean linens. But the rest of the room, especially the bathroom, was not especially clean. Carpet wasn't freshly vacuumed. Hairs in the tub, etc. Can't beat view of Notre Dame and location, but it is what it is.

Staff is really nice

This hotel is perfect for a first-time visit to Paris. Right across the street from the train station, the Notre Dame, and the river. The staff was helpful and the room was a delight: a cozy loft with traditional French decor. Tres chic!

Quirky property. Clean and quiet. Good location. But no elevator from street up to first floor lobby. If you have heavy suitcases, you need to carry them up yourself. No one will help you. Rooms are small, but then most rooms in Paris are small. Staff started out friendly but when I asked how to use the coffee machine, the lady got exasperated and almost threw a fit.

The breakfast was very good - promptly served and nice variety of French breakfast foods. A fabulous variety of restaurants, shops and famous Paris sites are all just outside the hotel.

Fun decor! Great location across the street from Notre Dame Cathedral and a subway/train stop. Dining options abound, too.

Excellent location to all the major sites, shops, restaurants and public transportation in Paris. The hotel has very interesting decor and you need to read the story.

Great location just steps away from Notre Dame. Plenty of dinning options in area and breakfast was great french breakfast. Room very small and elevator-lift was so small we sent luggage up in it and walked to meet on our floor.

Location for the Notre Dame is the primary reason to sty here. It's a classic old school Paris Hotel, very eclectic.

Great location, a bit noisy at night. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.
