The location is odd and weird. The hotel has no elevator and the hallways are not clean. Rooms are worn out with moldy smell and stained couch/carpet/curtain.

The parking was ok and I was sad the hot tub was not usable

The rooms are not updated. Very old facility. Clean and great staff though. No elevator and they tell you when checking in. Beds were very nice. Pool is very old

I booked a room in the morning and we arrived around 10 pm and they said they gave our room away since we went there right at 6. This was really frustrating and the lady at the front desk was not very helpful.

The room we were originally given wasn't fully clean. Someone's leftover McDonald's was still in the trash and there were some towels and tissues on the floor and counter in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and asked for a different room, and the lady was very kind and accommodating. She put us in a different room. The sheets had a weird dark red stain on one side (maybe blood), but since it was late, we just dealt with it. and flipped the sheet around. So I wasn't super impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, but the staff was nice.

Property is showing its age. Breakfast bar is rather confusing with juice in the hall.

Was decent. Not as nice as some others we've stayed at for the same price but property overall felt a little older. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Hot tub was advertised but hot tub has not worked for two years, that was the main reason the hotel was picked. Pictures were not how the rooms looked. It was very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They also made chocolate chip cookies everyday! What a treat!

When we pulled up trash outside. We looked at the hot tub and saw that it wasn’t operating. We asked the front desk clerk and she said they didn’t have a hot tub and when questioned further lattes it was broke and was very short and ill tempered with my wife. We cancelled the stay and got another hotel.

We stayed on our way back to Mt. Hard to get in with our 5th wheel. Hadto go through an small side street. Not easy at all

Enjoyed our night stay. Pool was heated (hot tub was drained for Maintenance). Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Enjoyed the waffles & coffee. Room was clean.
