Great option of stay

An older property that is showing its age. Vague underlying musty odor and tired carpets and scuffed walls reinforce the impression of decline. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy location adjacent to I-5 tucked into a wooded location that belies a busy urban setting. Priced right especially for a single night’s stay.

Breakfast wasn't great. Bedding was nice. Hot tub jets were very loud and didn't really massage your back. Staff was very nice.

It was OK. The rooms needed a better chair, the breakfasts were pretty minimal, and there were smokers near the doors. Probably better to pay more and get a better hotel.

Great stay great staff, accommodated everything we needed

The shower stopped working because of low water pressure. They moved us to another room but the cold water pressure was still almost nonexistent and the kids had to take really hot showers.

Clean, friendly. Great location. Building needs some fine tuning, but met our needs.

Inside the hotel was really nice. Kind of weird that the pool access you have to go outside but all in all it was a good experience

It was ok, not great, but it did the job.

You get what you pay for… kind of. It’s still expensive, but costs a little less compared to other hotels. I was in room 212 and there is a nice little slope in floor closer to the HVAC unit. Two Queen beds was more like two Double beds. The beds were actually pretty comfortable though. I like more of a plush top. It’s fairly noisy being close to a main street. The hallway smelled bad.

It was a little difficult to find, but it was very nice when we got there.

There was an extremely unpleasant smell throughout the entire building, especially within the elevators and rooms themselves. I don’t know if it was a no smoking campus but there was the smell of cigarettes and weed in the entire hotel. On top of that, the entire hotel seemed dirty and unclean. It was supposed to be no pets, but there was a dog barking in the room across from us, and no one said anything. Overall, I would not recommend.

Night lady was rude no room

It was disappointing going up to our room at 9 o'clock at night and find dried up pepperoni on chairs.

Not a bad stay. Wasn't the cleanest but worked for what we needed.

Hotel was nice. Rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were great but could have used more towels in pool area.

Close to I5 with a clean and comfy room. Bathroom was tiny, but for an overnight quick stay, it was perfect.

Staff and property were very good. Pool was freezing and the breakfast selection was basically non-existent. Not at all what we are used to or expected at Comfort Inns or comparable Hotels
