If I could give this a zero, I would. Came to a bathroom with no toilet paper readily available, there was a hair on the bedding, the last person in the room left dipping sauces near the microwave AND a pair of underwear near the chair. There was no trash can for the kitchen, the fridge looked dirty on the outside with stains, and the TV was wobbly and could easily fall apart. Lastly, the pillows were severely flat. Not fluffed up at all. This type of preparation for a room is unacceptable. An Extended Stay in this condition? Take this into consideration and upgrade your furniture and facilities PRONTO. CLEAN YOUR ROOMS. Will not be coming back.

Check in was easy and fast. Got to room, no toilet paper at all in restroom. Had an uncomfortable bed, broken down on one side.

It was just not good. I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly before I got there. The floors were very dirty. It smelled of smoke and the windows were even opened when I first walked in (I assume an honest attempt to air out the room and. The front desk is left empty often and you're waiting a long to be helped. I feel bad leaving a poor review only because when I finally was able to check out a nice older gentleman kindly asked me how my stay was. He might have been a manager or owner...and I hated to say that it wasn't very good. He was great, but he might need a new staff...or at least firmly address the service and cleanliness with them.

Everything was good

We arrived at 6:30 after waiting for our rental car at the airport. They said they cancel any reservations after 3 if you are not there or call to let them know. I did not see that anywhere in the reservations. Very rude! Fortunate Fortunately there were many places close by. Won’t be coming back there.

Bathroom was not clean, ants, floors were dirty, dusty. You can never get clean towels or room service. Housekeeping always said clean towels were not available, to come back. I had my own cleaning supplies, cleaned & dusted room myself. Borrowed a broom & vacuum cleaner from front desk. Someone came and sprayed room, fix toilet handle, unclogged sink & toilet. Front desk personnel had attitudes, especially when you had your concerns!!

Room was so dirty that there was no way to stay there. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Dated and dirty. Size of rooms are nice. No dishware or silverware in kitchenette.

I contacted expedia regarding our room during our stay. Im allergic to cigarette smoke and when we arrived to our room the smell of cigarettes were overpowering. I requested that the manager call me but never heard from them.

Jason the front desk receptionist was more than pleasant during my stay. Also housekeeping was more than helpful, I cannot remember her name but she has purple streaks in her hair, she’s very sweet.

Disorganized, given room with other occupant in it and then given key that didn’t work. Property cancelled our rooms even though we called and confirmed they would hold rooms.

They double booked our room, we ordered 2 beds. They upgrade us to a suite but I think it was a downgrade. One bed with a sofa bed that was 5’& old for a 6’ person! Could hear the neighbor talking on the phone plus the person on the phone he was talking to, thin walls.

It was a clean room and a friendly stay

Dirty place. Room was not even vacuumed!

Would of liked it better if i was on the 1st floor as i have an animal.
