The room was so musty they had the window propped open when we arrived. There were no bugs, but that was the best thing. The staff were fine too. No housekeeping throughout entire stay, informed upon arrival.

Pool was unusable. It was not clean.. absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was not included. Other amenities was not available as well.

Pool was nasty like you couldn't get in the outside smelled like dog pee

The toilet in our room was dirty with black stains around it, the pool wasn't available, i also paid for an upgraded breakfast and all they had was coffee, cereal and muffins. Other than that the check in was quick, the area is quite with good parking.

Given the fact that the room was a bit hard to walk to (being just had a stroke) and that the pool was closed, overall it was a nice stay.

Always stay at sonesta. Staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable

It was a muggy 100 degrees in Allentown; we were early but the staff got us out of the heat and into a room very quickly!

Pool not working, internet not working, no diet soda available. Probably will not stay at this motel chain again.

This property is located close to ABE. Somewhat hard to find. Very old hotel. Our room was updated and nice. AC old, noisy and controls did not work correctly. Elevator fortunately worked while we were there with all its noises. Obvious maintenance needed on the facility. Did not feel safe outside, but had no issues. Restaurants close by were old, somewhat dirty and in need of updating. Expected more for the $.

It was a quiet and well maintained property. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was very minimal, and you should plan to get your coffee and breakfast off property.

Nice ambience, bigger pillows definitely needed and king size didnt feel like a king size but it was a overall nice and quiet
