Great property

Very nice hotel. It looked updated and new. Front desk person was friendly, professional and helpful. The beds were a bit hard but not so much as to be uncomfortable. The room was clean, inviting, and spacious.

Our stay was great. There was an issue with the water temperature in the shower. It did take forever for the water to heat up. When it did. It lasted a couple of minutes until it was just cold. On our last day of our stay the water temperature was just cold.

I wish there was more choices for television viewing in the room...could not access any on demand tv ..at least offer netflix? Tvs are old and cannot allow pairing up with personal apps to watch better tv. Rooms do not look like what was viewed online. Alot older looking and carpet was dirty and ripped. No microwave in room. Very disappointed

Very nice hotel in cool part of town. Walked across street to all kinds of dining options and great shopping. Room was huge and clean! Will definitely return!

Central, easy access yo shops and restaurants

It was good but needs renovations smelled like sewage quite a few times and the internet connection sucked.

Stay was nice! Lots of loud cars but I think that is just Albuquerque. Bed wasn't super comfortable but the room was big and the breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices.

Bed was uncomfortable. No hot water. A/c was over active and room was very cold.

Both rooms of our family had a very bad smell, not sure if the old carpets were the problem.

The Hyatt Uptown is a good hotel, though there was a problem with the first room I stayed in Room 323. There was a sewer gas or musky smell in the bathroom. I can only attribute this to bad plumbing. I have stayed at hotels in South America where this is an issue as the P-trap is not constructed correctly. Think this might have occurred when they changed from tubs to showers. The next room was fine.

Very good. Nice breakfast too.

A bit rundown for Hyatt standards. A/C unit shoved near the bed makes for freezing out the sleeping guests who like it on the chilly side. Bathrooms tiny and sub-standard.

Breakfast was late to be served. The lady wasn’t super friendly. The lady who checked us in was amazing. Super small overcrowded pool.
