This was an excellent hotel that we had to book last minute because Bookings.com gave us a truly terrible place to stay! This was comfortable, safe, and exactly what you expect from IHG group. Next time I will book my full trip with them because it was far superior on a few occasions now!

Very good location close to the heart of Reims. Roof top bar and restaurant was a nice bonus too.

Tidy rooms, car park is limited to small vehicles.

Bed was hard. No help with luggage.

The hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants, bars e.t.c. We couldn’t park at the hotel as it was full but the staff directed us to parking nearby that wasn’t too expensive. The only downside was that there was not hot water in the mornings to shower. But there was hot water in the evening.

Would not recommend! We had to leave one day earlier because we saw a roach on the wall of our room!

Very good hotel, great location in the center of Rheims. Major historic landmarks, old town, lots of restaurants and shops are in a walking distance.

Clean and comfortable room. The rain shower had great pressure. The elevator was slow so plan ahead. The location is the best! Walkable to the city center, cafes & restaurants, the cathedral, grocery store (small bottle of water is.67) and the train station. Staff was very pleasant. The water in the room is €3!!! Coffee station in the room is not plentiful, but there is a Starbucks around the corner. I would stay here again! 🙌🙌🙌

Second time here, location is great in Reims Centre. You can walk to the champagne houses, train station is walking distance. Breakfast is pretty giid

We had a wonderful stay. The restaurant and bar are wonderful with an amazing view!

Second visit to the hotel and rooms very comfortable especially the bed. Breakfast could improved with hot food choices and hotter too

Lovely hotel in a good position. Very good breakfast. Only downside was that bar and restaurant were shut on a Sunday - plenty of options within a five minute walk.

Good room, great breakfast offer. Would have be nice to receive a notification on how to access the parking and that the on-site restaurant requires pre-booking.

This property is great. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and has a public parking near by. The pedestrian street near the hotel makes it attractive. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door. We felt like home.

Comfortable clean friendly hotel in a convenient location. Close to amenities. We had a one night stop over on the way to the alps. Family of four with two teens, it had everything we needed. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

no-so good because the water from the shower was leaking abundantly into the bathroom and outside the bathroom. We had to build a kind of dam with towels to try to contain the water (and it did not work very well). We kindly mentioned that at check-out, and the answer was : we know... This is not acceptable.

I really appreciate it the spacious rooms and the central location. Unfortunately we found a large piece of glass under the bed which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. If anyone had accidentally stepped on it, it would most likely have ended up in a trip to the hospital to get stitches. I showed it to the staff at the front desk and all I got was an “oh, I am sorry “.

In general, it’s Holiday Inn’s standards. Everything is fine, but nothing is outstanding.
