Had a nice stay here

Lovely staff. Clean comfortable room. No outside seating in the smoking area and strangely no ash trays.

Definitely a dated hotel. The roof in our room is flaking off as people in the floor above us walk by. The bathroom sink clogged easily. Carpets are dirty. Hotel is located close to amenities which is great. Breakfast was lacking for hot options.

Place was clean and the staff was nice. Will definitely book again, and i would love the same room

Martha at the front desk (and everything else she did!) was beyond amazing. She went over and beyond any expectations me and the group I was with expected. The cleaning staff was just as amazing and accommodating.

The front desk not helpful. Got to our room and the ceiling had plaster on the floor. TV did not work properly and hot water there was none. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room and his comment was we don't have any. I can refund you as there was a couple waiting for a room. We had no choice to stay as I know most of the hotels were all booked. The morning of checkout no one was at the desk. Waited 10- minutes and finally found a kitchen person and they told us to leave the cards at the front desk. A not so nice experience and would not recommend it.

I was able to get into my room early with little to no problems. The shower head had tape wrapped around it like they didn't want to bother to fix it properly. The elevator was not clean at all. It was good for a one night stay to get some sleep, but I wouldn't stay here longer than that.

The room and facility was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that the room had a desk and chair so I was able to work in my room. I know the hotel is a bit on the older side but was adequate for my needs. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel could definitely use some updating. The door to the room and the furniture definitely needs to be updated. Breakfast are was clean and well maintained during breakfast. I thought the breakfast selection was very good. Overall the price of the room including breakfast was a good deal.

Arrived at 2:30 AM after my long day was done. I was exhausted. Man at counter wasn’t friendly at all. He questioned why I was late (that’s none of his business. I managed to find what appeared as the last parking spot. The furniture was old and looked terrible. I’ve stayed in much nicer locations in the past. I would not recommend this location.

Room desperately needs updating. With my double hip replacements and my wife's bad back, the toilet height was the lowest we have ever seen in a hotel and basically unusea le for us.

I could not ask for anything more. The people were friendly, the room was first rate, and the location was in the middle of everything I was involved in. The only negative was the television - there was no guide and selecting channels was iffy.

Quiet and clean place. Bed was comfortable

Smell was terrible. Bathroom was nasty behind the toilet and around the walls behind the toilet. Was just dirty. But the staff was very nice and friendly

Property needs a facelift. There was only a desk chair in our room. Usually there is at least an additional chair to sit on. I asked at the desk and was told to take one from the lobby. The alarm clock didn’t work, and the room phone was also dead.

This was a great location with plenty of accessible dining/ shopping/ events near by. Clean and the easiest check in and out I’ve ever experienced. Manuel answered the phone and was kind and curious and Martha checked me out super fast and efficiently. Would recommend this location based on service alone, and will stay again.

While the property is in need of a facelift due to age, our stay was excellent. The young man at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great & the mini fridge was convenient. We would stay again!
