I had screwed up and booked the wrong date. The lady at the desk helped me out and got me my room without any sort of issues. It was relieving to see such generosity. Thank you, Baymont staff.

basic room, adequate location with easy access to freeway and business area. breakfast limited and poor choices. comfortable bed. toilet with malfunction flushing.

Close to airport and complimentary shuttle was awesome.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, but the carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced.

Please do not book at this hotel there is black mold in the bathrooms and air conditioning unit. This hotel should be closed down.

Overall this properrty was good, but in my room, the toilet seat was not attached to the actual toilet and there was stuff visibly sitting in the sink drain. Appreciated the shuttle, staff and breakfast.

We wont be back.

The room had stained carpet, damaged furniture, phone was sticky and didn’t work I had to wash the remote because it was sticky and dirty. The only good thing was the bathroom was clean.

Breakfast was plentiful, multiple options. Pet friendly

Was concerned about the homeless people sleeping in the lobby.

We appreciated how easy the shuttle was. It ran 24 hours a day, every 30 minutes, which was convenient for our 6 am flight

I liked that they have a continental breakfast but I didn’t like that the first room we went into was a mess, although they quickly provided us with another room that was clean

I asked for a non smoking room but pretty sure i got a smoking room. It reaked both of cigarettes and dogs, and the remote for the tv felt grimey.

Our 1st room had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Didn't notice it until it was time to shower. The room they replaced us was much nicer. Will stay again.
