Love it, very nice hotel

Downtown BA has poverty and homeless people like all big cities in the world because of the pandemia covid. I like the hotel and the staff… there are details with problems and there are good things

There were no power outlet next to the bed of the two rooms i was assigned, because they moved me due to issues with the first one. The building noise was quite disruptive not only from the entrance annoying beeper that beeps every time anyone gets in or out, but also the building structure has echo. Therefore, you can hear everything from every room around. Price is not ok for what it is, and the beds are shaky, be ready for the doible twin mattresses put together as a queen mattress. The shower water was not draining well from the bathtub and the secuirty box never worked. The floors are spotless and the rooms are quite clean. Those were good details but not enough for a pleasant stay. The location is shady at night, not quite safe

Not well kept. There was mold growing in the bathroom, paint was peeling, and the porcelain on the sink was worn right through. Staff were helpful and spoke some English. Easy check in and out.

This hotel is basic and very outdated, run down motel feel. It’s cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Bathroom is very outdated, toilet doesn’t flush properly, bathtub shower clogged and sink water doesn’t flow well. All original from the early 70s and in desperate need of an update. Bath towels have holes in them. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Skipped the breakfast because it was extremely basic and looked unappetizing, headed to a cafe down the street instead for a decent coffee.

The staff were nice, and the location was great but if you are from a developed country just don’t expect everything to be up to snuff. I expected something at least like a motel 6. My room had peeling wallpaper, unsealed corners, some water damage on the bathroom doors, and rusting appliances. Overall my experience was ok but again I would have a different set of expectations.

Cheap hotel that's located near a lot of good locations but I was able to hear the neighbors a lot.

Location was convenient in the city center, very walkable. It wasn't the most comfortable of places to stay, but it was clean. My room had an adjoining door that was locked, but did make me a bit nervous initially. I could hear the people in the room next to me pretty clearly, so that was the only major downside.

Is near all the main land mark

Hotel was nice enough, though maybe not as nice as the photos suggest. Staff was quite friendly and accomodating. It is in a very good location of town. Main complaint was that the Wifi was virtually non-existent.

Great location in BA-close to a lot of tourist attractions. Great value for money. Staff very helpful. Breakfast is very basic.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, that’s not what I had expected, at least according to the pics and description on main booking websites. It is just ok and for what you pay for, you can really get something better in the same area or elsewhere, I did my research and you really can. The whole bulding is pretty outdated and the interior of the rooms back this up. I change my room on the second day due to WiFi working badly, btw this is a real pain, the connection is just bad everywhere. Cleanliness should be improved. I found some trash underneath my bed. Breakfast is sooo poor, just a few items, mainly milk and croissants. The worst part is the staff (apart from one man at the reception). I came down one day to the hotel’s restaurant and ask the lady about the dinner. Not only did she not speak English (but it’s ok so nobody in the hotel) but she also was so rude and discourteous! I asked her in Spanish and she got back to me sa: “no you cannot have dinner, bye” without giving me any explanation! I’d found out later by the receptionist that hotel does not provide with it... but how rude is it? It’s not good for the hotel image. Anyway, I could really go on and on and trust me I’ve slept everywhere: from hostels to luxury hotels but this place isn’t worth a penny! Again, do your resale and get a better deal.
