THE POOL WATER WAS FREEZING. THE ROOMS HAD NO HEAT TILL WE TURNED IT ON. FRIENDLY STAFF

It was clean the heat worked properly bed was comfy

The room was clean except for the dirty rag that was left hanging in the shower. The shared parking lot between Clarion and the other hotel was not cleared of snow so you had to wade through ankle deep snow and thick ice and climb over the snow packed up in front of the door.

It has improved a lot since the change last year and I would definitely book my room there again.

Nice place for the price. Pool and pool room were freezing but staff was great and breakfast was a plus

Very comfortable enough

Fine place for a quick overnight stay. I may have been in a special handicap accessable room. Many nice features--door peepholes at two levels, stool in shower, low ironing board and iron and clothes rod. Could have used more charging outlets and hotter water in the shower.

My stay was pretty good I did not truly like breakfast had spoiled milk small area

Check in was easy and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and just what we needed for an overnight in the area.

Good value for the price. Facility is well kept, customer service is good.

Nice room

Upon arrival couldn't check in due to system, problems, once in room I had to spray Lylsol in rood due to bad smell I didn't get much sleep due to having a severe migraine due to the smell of the room. Upon investagation found that the filters were dirty and smelled bad. This should of been a Complete refund of my money

It was really pretty good

The property is old. You could hear the upstairs room for two nights walking around. You could even hear the shower come on in the other rooms. The coffee was terrible. Only one little shampoo in the bathroom. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was very helpful beds were comfortable. Nice big bathroom.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient to Air Force National Museum.
