There was a blood stain on our bed. The walls were disgusting with chunks of stuff on the one beside my bed. The floor right inside the door under the sink was not swept and had stuff all under it There was no internet at all for us to use including the television. Once coming down on the elevator it mad a loud clunk, and we got off. 15 minutes later the elevator didnt work the rest of our stay. I have had multiple knee surgeries. The breakfast bar was gross. Eggs loked burnt and there was no meat option after 845 a.m. One point i waiting to talk to the receptionists and she was on her phone texting and i waited about a minute before she came over to me. Very disappointing.

They were very busy assisting an individual that had a group reservation. Considering, our reservation was handled in a timely, professional manner. I was pleased with the service and cleanliness of the room

Staff was really nice.

Had booking issues, was overcharged on my account but the receipt was a different rate. Had an emergency and couldnt get a refund, nobody called or contacted me. Will never stay at la quinta again...anywhere

Just a quick overnight for me but it was clean and had a good breakfast

Traveling across country. Great place after twelve hours of driving East.

Room smelled like smoke. Second room, tv was not set up. Had to enter time, date etc. then menu wouldn’t work for channel guide. Then got stuck in elevator for 15 minutes. Finally someone opened door after yelling and banging. A nightmare.

Amazing

The pool & hot tub room smelled very bad due to extreme condensation in the room. Hot tub was cold & the water was very dirty. Rooms were ok, but needed updated. Staff & service was amazing!

This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to connect and make us feel wanted as guests. The beds were nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for another great stay!

Never any towels in the pool area

No hot water for three days and when I mention it go night staff they said, what, again? Felt unsafe the last night bc of other guests, asked to be moved to another room. I was. The shower curtain had blood stains on it. Got no sleep.

It was fine - an average property with no stand out features or problems.

It’s new and the accessibility room was very spacious!
